Military and Security officials from Argentina, Austria, Kenya, Macedonia, the Philippines, Slovakia, Spain, and Thailand will be traveling to Kansas City this April. These officials are part of a U.S. Department of State initiative which brings in more than 100 judicial, law enforcement, and security officials from 60 different countries.
This program provides an understanding of the American criminal justice system and the legal framework for combating a range of transnational crimes. Delegates will identify ways in which American policy makers and law enforcement agencies collaborate with global partners to counter transnational crimes and will address issues that uphold the security and civil liberties in a democratic society.
There will be a community event on Monday, May 1st where you can speak with these delegates. Get your tickets here.
