What could a YLAI Professional Fellow contribute to your team? From October 11 – November 4, 2016, 250 YLAI Professional Fellows from Latin America and the Caribbean will participate in a 4-week leadership and entrepreneurial fellowship at businesses and civil society organizations across the U.S. YLAI fellowship hosts will play a critical role in the professional development of these outstanding emerging leaders. Each mutually-beneficial fellowship placement will strengthen ties throughout the region and contribute to a new entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Americas. By taking part in this Presidential Initiative funded by the U.S. Department of State, your organization or company will benefit from the unique perspective of a young professional with at least 2 years of entrepreneurial experience. Outstanding fellowship hosts will be considered for a reverse exchange in their YLAI Professional Fellow’s home country.
